Digital Products (Templates, Boilerplates, Config Packs, Guides)

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds simply due to change of mind.

Exceptions — We Will Refund If:

• The product is significantly not as described on the sales page

• You experience a technical issue (e.g., broken/corrupted files) that we're unable to resolve within [7 days]

• You were charged twice for the same product by mistake

To request a refund under these exceptions, email support@codeaconcept.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
