Welcome to Code A Concept. By accessing our Site or purchasing our digital products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or products.

1. Who We Are

2. Products We Offer

We sell digital products including but not limited to: code boilerplates, templates, configuration files (e.g., .cursorrules packs), guides, and educational content ("Products"). All Products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.

3. License to Use

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal or commercial projects, unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Unless explicitly marked as an "Extended License" or "Resale License":

You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our Products as your own.
You may not share purchased files publicly (e.g., free GitHub repos, file-sharing sites).
You may use Products in client projects and commercial applications you build.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in INR. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

5. Refunds

See our separate Refund Policy for full details. In general, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded/accessed, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, branding, code, and materials on this Site and within our Products — including code, templates, videos, written guides — are owned by Code A Concept unless otherwise credited, and protected under applicable copyright law. You may not claim authorship of our original work.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our Site without authorization, contact [your email] with a description of the work, the URL in question, your contact details, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you find our paid Products being shared/resold without authorization (e.g., on file-sharing sites, unauthorized GitHub repos), please report it to support@codeaconcept.com so we can take action.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our Products for unlawful purposes
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer for resale, or disrupt our Site
Violate the license terms outlined above

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is," for general informational and educational purposes only. While our Products (Templates ,builder kits, guides, etc.) are built using current best practices, we make no guarantees regarding:

Fitness for a specific business, legal, or production use case
Security completeness (you are responsible for auditing any code before production deployment, especially around authentication, payments, and user data)
Compatibility with future versions of third-party tools, frameworks, or AI coding assistants
Some Products and workflows are built using or designed for AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot). Review and test all AI-assisted or AI-generated code before using it in production, as outputs can vary and may require adjustments.
Content on our Site, YouTube channel, or within Products (including startup/business tips) does not constitute financial, legal, or professional business advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions specific to your situation.
By using our Products, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk, and Code A Concept is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from their use.

Our Products and Site may reference or link to third-party tools or websites (e.g., Razorpay, Google Fonts,Google Analytics,YouTube ). We are not responsible for the performance, pricing, content, or policies of these third-party services.

11. Community Guidelines

If you join our community (Discord/Telegram/etc.), you agree to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove members who violate community standards, harass others, or share purchased content without authorization.
